Hey there, my name is Pavlo, and I’m 37 years old with a passion for understanding how our bodies work, especially when it comes to nutrition and living a healthy, active life.

On this blog, my goal is to take all those complicated nutrition ideas and make them simple and easy for you to use in your everyday life. Whether you want to improve your diet, boost your energy, or just feel better overall, I’m here to share practical advice based on what I’ve personally learned and experienced.

I’ve been into sports since I was a kid—football, dancing, karate—you name it. That’s where my love for fitness started.

By the time I was 18, I hit the gym, but I’ve never been the type to obsess over it. There were even years when I didn’t work out at all, but I always found ways to stay in shape at home with easy stuff like squats and push-ups. For me, it’s always been about balance, not trying to be perfect.

The same goes for my diet. I mostly tried to eat healthy, but I definitely enjoyed some pizza or junk food every now and then. Everything seemed fine until my early 20s when I started having constant skin issues. After seeing a dermatologist who told me diet wasn’t the issue, I felt pretty stuck. Medications weren’t helping, and my skin only got worse.

That’s when I found out about fasting and holistic functional nutrition, and honestly, it changed everything for me. Not only did my skin clear up, but my energy levels went through the roof. I also realized that pairing fasting with a personalized diet made a huge difference in how I felt day-to-day.

That’s when I really dove deep into nutrition. I tried different diets—keto, paleo, you name it—learning how carbs, proteins, and fats affected my health and energy. Through trial and error, I figured out what works best for me.

What keeps me going? It’s my passion for nutrition and my desire to help others understand how food can change their lives. I love connecting with people, especially because I didn’t always know this stuff myself. Now, it’s what brings me joy and motivates me to keep writing this blog.
